Our parties are delivered by fully qualified gymnastics coaches and provide the perfect mix of gymnastics, games and food time.
Themes
OpenGym
The OpenGym themed party allows participants to explore our gymnastics facility at their own pace, with no structured skill circuits.
This theme features structured games and supervised free time under the direction of a qualified coach
Gymnastics
The Gymnastics themed party follows the traditional Olympic gymnastics apparatus; Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, Floor, P-Bars and Rings. Participants work through jammed packed skill circuits and games under the guidance of qualified coaches.
Format and Times
Party Format

Party sessions run for 2 hours (venue bookings are 2.5 hours in length)

Families have 15 minutes either side of the party to set up and pack up
Timeslots

Saturdays: 2:30pm - 4:30pm

*Due to operational requirements we may be unable to run parties on select weekends

Food and Decorations

Food, cutlery, plates and decorations are strictly BYO

Westside Gymnastics will supply tables and chairs

Limited kitchenette facilities are available for use throughout your party (microwave, bar fridge, kettle)
Party Backdrop Hire

A Party Backdrop is available to hire ($75) for use at your party

Host families may decorate this as they please with balloons, decals, etc

Damage to the backdrop will incur additional charge
All parties require a $50 non-refundable deposit to be paid at the time of booking
Participant number confirmation and full payment is required by C.O.B on Monday the week of your party
